By accessing or using Detective Cartel ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or playing any game.
1. Use of the Platform
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a purchase you authorise the transaction amount to be charged to your selected payment method.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a game has been accessed. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure that prevents access. To request a refund, contact support@detectivecartel.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including game scripts, artwork, documents, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of Detective Cartel and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to share purchased game content publicly, attempt to circumvent access controls, engage in cheating or spoiling other players' experiences, or use automated means to access the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Detective Cartel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant game.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
